"Break the Jump" is a film about Panos Toge Almanlis, a parkour instructor from Athens, Greece. Paos describes how the sport of parkour is not just about fancy flips and tricks, but is mostly about patience, practice, and being able to push our minds and bodies to their limits. He teaches his students to not stop at these limits, and to continue to push past these limits to help them not just in parkour, but in their everyday lives. Parkour is not just a sport to Panos and his students, it is a lifestyle.

18) "MACHINES OF LURING GRACE
Visual, performance and documentary artist Hailey Lowe has cast 16
salt licks in the shape of vintage typewriters. The typewriters in nature
symbolize a growing tension between technology and the natural environment.
She placed the typewriters and invited surrounding animals to interact with
her installation.She captured them on film with a small motion sensor camera.
